As VP of Sales and Marketing,
Steven’s main responsibilities encompass establishing and
building new customers as well as continually developing
existing client relationships. He has grown through the ranks
from laborer to superintendent, regional project manager as well
as business owner. Prior to joining Construction One, Inc.
Steven earned the responsibility of running the third largest
family insulation business in Columbus, Ohio, Energy Savers. In
this capacity, he was responsible for direct marketing, contract
negotiations as well as serving in a general operations role.
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry,
Steven began his career with a degree in Marketing and
concentration in Business Management in 1980 from The Ohio State
University. Steven was a “walk-on” freshman on the OSU Football
team and played under coaches Hayes and Bruce. His competitive
nature in sports has provided a successful edge in his natural
sales ability and business style.
Steven is an active member of
the Kiwanis Club and participating sponsor of various retail
construction events, activities and trade shows. Growing up in
the business, Steven has excelled in numerous aspects of the
construction industry utilizing a wide array of knowledge and
expertise.
